Mikoto Ramen Bar - Corpus Christi seeks a Noodle Chef. Job duties are to:

* Prepare daily Asian ramen broths, maintaining consistent taste and portion toppings including chasu, ajitama, nori, and scallions, following specific recipes

* Prepare Japanese sauces such as Yakisoba, Teriyaki, and Tonkatsu;

* Maintain hygiene of workstation and perform end-of-shift sanitization daily cleaning, knife maintenance, and inventory check.

* Must have one (1) year of experience in the exact job described.
